Anchor is one of the forms that can be unlocked via the statues in the Sanctuary. It is a form that was unlocked via the KarmaPass at the 800,000,000 Karma milestone.
Its ability serves a role similar to Seal. The Anchor can use its behind to destroy glass blocks below them.
